She is also a leading voice for international dialogue and media independence and has written on press freedoms in the US and Europe. These experiences and achievements show that she has a lot of expertise and credibility on the topic of news media.
2. Bevington’s belief about what the news should do is that it should inform, educate, and empower the people to make informed decisions and participate in democracy.
