The inability to bind oxygen in mitochondria would lead to the halting of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) production, which is essential for life. ATP is a chemical produced by the mitochondria and is responsible for providing energy for the cell.
Without ATP, the cell cannot perform its normal, vital functions, such as respiration and metabolism. When ATP is not produced, cell death will eventually occur as the cell will be unable to perform any of its vital functions. ATP is made up of adenosine and three phosphate groups.
These phosphate groups are bonded together by a process called oxidative phosphorylation, which is dependent on oxygen and occurs in the mitochondria. If oxygen is unable to be bound in the mitochondria, the ATP production process cannot occur, leading to cell death.
The lack of oxygen to bind in the mitochondria would lead to a decrease in ATP production and eventually cell death as the cell would not be able to produce enough energy to sustain itself.

Do you believe it’s possible for non-Christians or those who don’t hold Scripture as a sacred text to believe in the sanctity of human life? Why or why not?
Why do you think that some Christians often focus only on abortion as sanctity of life issue while other Christians primarily emphasize care for the poor or opposition to war?
Have you ever considered the theological importance of God becoming a human in Jesus as it relates to this issue? How does it influence our understanding of humanity that Jesus himself was a tiny embryo, a small child, a poor homeless person, a convicted criminal, and a victim of violent death?
Where is your own perspective on the sanctity of human life deficient? In light of the holistic vision presented in Scripture, what people are you most prone to ignore or neglect in giving proper dignity to?
Answer:
Please put into your own words. These are just my personal opinion. P.S. my assignment hasn't been graded yet.
Explanation:
1. Do you believe it’s possible for non-Christians or those who don’t hold Scripture as a sacred text to believe in the sanctity of human life? Why or why not?
To be completely honest I believe everyone and not just christians should take action in keeping human life sanctity. My reasoning behind this statement is that not only does it make sense from a biblical point of view but it should be common sense to want human life to believe that each and every human being has an inviolable dignity and immeasurable worth is one of the most precious. Sanctity of life is a principle of implied protection regarding aspects of sentient life that are said to be holy, sacred, or otherwise of such value that they are not to be violated.
2. Why do you think that some Christians often focus only on abortion as a sanctity of life issue while other Christians primarily emphasize care for the poor or opposition to war?
I think that some Chirstian focus mainly on the abortion part of things because recently abortion laws and lines are getting thinner and thinner. There a total of 629,898 abortions for 2019 were reported to CDC. Again for Chirstians that focus mainly on a certain part of sanctity in life is a biased way of thinking. Each individual is going to have a different mindset on different things that are going on in the world. For the Chirstian focusing mainly on the ant-violence and anti-war side of things are just more focused on peace in the world even though it’s going to get worse day by day because we are getting closer to the second coming of Jesus.
3. Have you ever considered the theological importance of God becoming a human in Jesus as it relates to this issue? How does it influence our understanding of humanity that Jesus himself was a tiny embryo, a small child, a poor homeless person, a convicted criminal, and a victim of violent death?
Without the Incarnation, we would have no Savior. The law tells us that sin requires death for its payment, God cannot die, so, the Savior must be human in order to be able to die. God put himself in our shoes and fleshly desires and temptations so he goes through a human life to become a living sacrifice for our sins. God wanted Jesus to be our role model to be more like him.
4. Where is your own perspective on the sanctity of human life deficient? In light of the holistic vision presented in Scripture, what people are you most prone to ignore or neglect in giving proper dignity to?

What sort of science ("Natural Philosophy") is Victor learning from Agrippa, Paracelsus, and Albertus Magnus? How would a modern scientist respond to this sort of thinking?
In Mary Shelley's novel "Frankenstein", Victor Frankenstein is depicted as studying the works of Agrippa, Paracelsus, and Albertus Magnus as part of his education in natural philosophy. These three individuals were historical figures who were known for their work in the fields of alchemy, magic, and the occult, rather than modern scientific disciplines.
Agrippa, Paracelsus, and Albertus Magnus were proponents of what was then known as natural magic, which was the belief that the natural world was imbued with hidden and mystical powers that could be harnessed through various techniques, including incantations, rituals, and the use of exotic materials.
Their ideas were based on the belief that there were hidden connections between different aspects of the natural world and that these connections could be uncovered through a combination of mystical and empirical methods.
A modern scientist would likely respond to this sort of thinking with skepticism, as these ideas are not supported by contemporary scientific methods or evidence. Modern science relies on the use of empirical data, experimentation, and the scientific method to develop theories and explanations for natural phenomena.
While historical figures like Agrippa, Paracelsus, and Albertus Magnus were influential in the development of early scientific thinking, their ideas have been largely superseded by modern scientific disciplines.
It's worth noting, however, that the study of natural magic and occult practices remains a topic of interest for some individuals today, though it is generally considered to be outside the realm of mainstream scientific inquiry.

Elizbeth is portrayed as a sick character, which we can see that physically she is very weak and does not have the liveliness that other characters, like Abigail does. This can contribute to the lack of attractiveness between John and her, in addition to contributing to his initiative in looking for a lover. Elizabeth is also portrayed as a cold and emotionless wife at the beginning of the story, but shows a strong loyalty, courage and affection for John throughout the narrative.

many works of literature depict a conflict between a parent (or a parental figure) and a son or daughter. write an essay in which you analyze the sources and effects of familial conflict in the metamorphosis and explain how the conflict contributes to the meaning of the work as a whole.
Everyday life has conflicts between the two generations, but these are always much more prominent in China. The parents' traditionalist views, which frequently clash with those of the kids in areas like religion and other household practices, will most likely be held by the parents.
My parents initially wanted me to keep up with the faith of their ancestors, therefore I went through this experience when I started attending university. This clearly indicated that I was dealing with an internal conflict and predicament since I had been having concerns about my faith and my life for a while and could not bring myself to accept that this was how life was typically perceived by others.
Problems can be resolved through confrontation because things are seen in a clearer light, and the primary concerns of an argument are always resolved much better when the reality is disclosed and the cards are on the table. My internal conflict was an experience I would rather not repeat, but it was unquestionably something that needed to be done.

Is there such thing as "too nice?"
Answer:
I believe so; Yes, because it can get too a point where you're too naïve
Explanation:
Answer:
Explanation:
There is no such thing as being too nice. If you are being nice then people are going to want to hang out with you more and basically communicate with you more because you have a nice personality. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you are too nice. People who tell you that don't really have a good personality and you should stay away from them. If you be nice to others then they know you are a good person on the outside but on the inside is what counts more . One more thing!! Don't be nice to the point where you let people tell you what to do or let them walk all over you. Also don't be nice to the point where you are too naive to realize what is wrong and what is right.
Ask yourself this question: Are you nice on the inside as well as you are on the outside? If you are continue to do this , If not , you need to work on what personality you have on the inside rather than show what you have on the outside.

Read these stanzas from the poem "A Poet and His Song" by Paul Laurence Dunbar.
My days are never days of ease;
I till my ground and prune my trees.
When ripened gold is all the plain,
I put my sickle to the grain.
I labor hard, and toil and sweat,
While others dream within the dell;
But even while my brow is wet,
I sing my song, and all is well.
Sometimes the sun, unkindly hot,
My garden makes a desert spot;
Sometimes a blight upon the tree
Takes all my fruit away from me;
And then with throes of bitter pain
Rebellious passions rise and swell;
But—life is more than fruit or grain,
And so I sing, and all is well.
